CDC 11- Gulliver

A character concept I came up with for my group's story concept. He's basically a cross dimensional field researcher, He travels across various dimensions studying the world, it's inhabitants and everything for his higher ups, the Dimension Guardians. Unlike his fellow guardians his ability is merely limited to shape-shifting, which he uses a lot on his travels. It's also often joked among fellow guardians if he even has eyes as no one has ever seen him without his glasses off.
